Like all pet parents, you want to protect your pet from skin infections and diseases that are caused or transmitted by fleas and ticks. So, like other pet owners, Steven, the founder of Pet Protector used the ‘commonplace’ anti-flea product for his dog Buster.

Chemicals caused devastation

But what Steven Williams JR hadn’t realized was the chemicals that were supposed to be helping him, had actually given Buster liver poisoning. A condition that killed him.

Following the tragic loss of Buster, Steven began a project that brought together scientists from around the world, to find an alternative, natural choice for pet owners.

It took a few years to investigate the potential ability and effectiveness of scalar and electronic waves to protect pets against parasites. Does Pet Protector work if my pet has fleas or ticks?

No, Pet Protector is a flea and tick prevention solution and does not exterminate parasites that have already infested your pet.

You must ensure that your pet is free of parasites before attaching the Pet Protector tag.

How long does Pet Protector last?

Each Pet Protector Disc, once fully activated, provides safe and effective protection for 2 to 4 years, depending on the product purchased

How do I know Pet Protector works?

You can check that Pet Protector is working using apps such as Magnetic Field Sensor. Download the app and when you place your Pet Protector Disc, and/or fastener, next to your cellphone, the app will respond to the magnetic and scalar waves.

Is Pet Protector suitable for my pet?

Every pet is unique and Pet Protector is specifically designed to work in harmony with your pet's movement. It works on any pet that wears a collar.

Is Pet Protector a suitable flea and tick prevention product for puppies and kittens?
Yes, Pet Protector can be used on puppies and kittens.

Is Pet Protector suitable for larger dogs or animals?
Yes, Pet Protector can be used on pets of any size and weight. However, we suggest using 2 discs for larger pets (over 40kg or 88lbs).

Is the Pet Protector disc safe for pets with health issues?
Yes, the Pet Protector disc is completely safe for pets with health conditions such as heart disease, allergies, atopic dermatitis, diabetes, epileptic seizures, and more.

Do electronic devices or rabies tags interfere with the Pet Protector disc?

No, electronic devices (such as GPS pet trackers, smart collars, electric fences and others), rabies tags, or ID tags do not affect the effectiveness of the disc, nor does the disc interfere with them.

When will my order arrive?

Pet Protector will be delivered direct to your door (by UPS) within 3 working days, when purchased directly from petprotector.org.

How long does it take to activate Pet Protector?

Pet Protector starts to form its protective barrier 24 hours after you attach the Pet Protector Disc to your pet's collar. It will take 7 days (depending on the size of your pet) to reach optimum protection that will effectively protect your pet.

What can I do to protect my pet whilst the product is activating?

You should keep your pet away from possible sources of parasites whilst the Pet Protector Disc is being activated. This is to allow time to reach its full effectiveness. If your pet becomes infested during the activation period, then parasites may acclimatize and become resistant to the Pet Protector repellent.

Does my pet need to wear Pet Protector every day?

Yes, to ensure Pet Protector provides effective protection, your pet needs to wear the Pet Protector Disc on its collar at all times. The disc is durable and waterproof.

If you do need to remove Pet Protector Disc for any reason, for longer than 1 hour, then you will need to repeat the activation process when the Disc is reattached.
